Returns & Refunds - CPOOKY

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been approved.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non returnable items  
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks or underwear may not be eligible for return if worn or opened. Sale items and gift cards are non refundable.

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

EU 14 day right of withdrawal  
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
